In order to assist CLB employees through the different stages of their career and forge the oncological expertise required to work in an institution like ours, we have crafted a series of tools to satisfy not only staff training requirements, but also social requirements.
When developing our social project our goal was to find a solution to the hospital’s various HR problems: understaffing among care-givers (nurses, handlers, physiotherapists, nursing auxiliaries and doctors), the feminisation of healthcare workers, and working conditions and safety.
