Organisation of the quality at the Centre Léon Bérard

The Committee of nosocomial infections control (CLIN), the pain control committee (CLUD), the food and nutrition Committee (CLAN) and surveillances are gathered within the surveillance, risk management and security and quality (COVIRISQ) Committee.

The different bodies are in charge of working towards particular risks (as nosocomial infections for the CLIN or the medicinal risk for the pharmacovigilance) and of taking decisions to improve the quality management and the global quality policy of the establishment.

Extensive satisfaction surveys are also regularly conducted by independent organizations to improve our capacity to meet our patients’ requirements, and thereby improve the hospital organization.
